Description

Braintree Golf Club is set in the grounds of Stisted Hall. The club was established in 1891 and is one of the most respected in Essex. We are a members club that is managed by members for the mebers. We ahve a parkland course that offers an enjoyable round to all standards of golfer. The feature of the course is the variety of mature trees that line the fairways and although not long in yardage, the course has many doglegs that make accuracy mre important than distance. The river Blackwater meanders along the boundary of the inward holes. We have excellent catering facilities and welcome societies, corporate days and visitors. We have good practice facilites and our professionals provide first class tuition and work closely with local schools. Call for details of membership and summer packages.
