Description

Enniscorthy is an 18-hole mature parkland course that celebrated its centenary in 2007 when it twinned with Carmarthen Golf Club in Wales. It is situated two miles from the town just off the New Ross road (N30) and within reach of several quality hotels and guest houses. It flourishes with a wide variety of flora and fauna because of the environmental care of the course staff who do not use fertilisers or insecticides that cause harm to the eco-system. The course provides what Mother Nature intended; wonderful views of the rolling countryside, mature trees and testing greens that provide a challenge to the experienced golfer and a joy to the novice. The clubhouse prides itself on its friendly unpretentious character where a warm welcome awaits the visitor.
