Description
A wonderful 9 hole course in mountainous Perthshire, one of the highest in Scotland. With elevated tees and not too long, it is ideal for beginners and high handicappers but also with small greens and rivers and burns it is challenging for the good golfer. check out the long par 4........ Green fees payable at Dalmunzie House Hotel where bar meals and drinks are available .

This is a lovely short but challenging 9-hole golf course. The greens are smaller than most golf courses which means that you have to be accurate with your approach shot. The course was in great condition when we last played. The 1st hole is an absolute cracker par 3 at 235 yards with the famous lochsie burn running the right hand side of the hole. Not a great opening for anyone with a slice such as myself! The wind is generally against as well which means that you normally end up playing a driver off the tee. The 5 hole is another gem of a par 3 where you can be playing anything from a 2 iron to 8 iron depending on the wind direction! Dalmunzie has its own "Postage Stamp" hole at the par 3 7th where although it is short at 116 yards, the Lochsie burn comes into play and hit the ball too short ... splish splash! A great course for all levels of golfers with those with low handicappers may want to try and beat the course record of 2 over par for amateurs as I understand!
