We are one of the oldest clubs in Hampshire founded in 1888 and are situated near the village of Lyndhurst in the heart of the New Forest National Park. In an area of outstanding natural beauty with a course totalling 5,536 yards with a par of 69 and some of the most scenic holes in Hampshire. We encourage quiet and responsible enjoyment of our golf course whilst ensuring that the special character of the New Forest is not damaged. We have a comfortable forest style clubhouse incorporating restaurant, bar, shop and changing facilities. You are assured of a warm and friendly welcome and an opportunity to experience our unique natural forest course. Peter Allis once wrote, “If you want to become involved in one of the really nice things in golf, go along to the New Forest Golf Club and have a game. In these days of high powered chrome fronted clubhouses, it is nice to get among the real people in golf”. We look forward to seeing you.
